The website contains hypertext links to other websites which are not operated or controlled by Micro Consulting SA. Micro Consulting SA therefore declines all responsibility for the practices employed in terms of data protection on these sites.

 

8. Data entered in our programs

We treat your data files with the utmost confidentiality and do not pass them on in any form to third parties. Our technicians only access them with your written authorization, for example to carry out a repair. In the case of the cloud versions, the data is stored in Switzerland at Infomaniak SA in Geneva. The data that passes through the Internet between the client software and the server is encrypted.

9. Email accounts with password entered in our programs

The Office Maker software allows the sending of documents by e-mail (for example invoices, salary slips or e-mailings) and asks for the e-mail address and the password of the account used for sending e-mails. This information is only used for this sending function and in no case our programs access the contents of these e-mail accounts.
