Office Maker is a suite of professional ERP software designed in Switzerland, available for Mac and Windows, in local mode or in the cloud. It consists of three individual, complementary software packages:

• Office Maker Finance: for rigorous, automated accounting

• Office Maker Business: for sales management, invoicing and CRM

• Office Maker Staff: for Swiss-compliant payroll management

Each software package is available in three versions - Light, Standard or PRO - to suit your company's size and functional requirements.

The choice is yours.

You can opt for a single-user or client-server version to use your Office Maker programme on one or more local workstations. The server and workstations can be on Windows and/or macOS. With the local version, you or your IT department are responsible for configuring the server and workstations, and for scheduling backups. You can choose between renting (invoiced quarterly or annually) or purchasing licences (one-off cost) with an annuel updates subscription.

For maximum security, and if you want to access your software from anywhere (home, office, on the go...), we recommend renting in the Cloud. Your data is secure, your programme is always up to date and there are continuous back-ups so you can restore your data up to the minute if anything goes wrong.

Office Maker is aimed at private individuals, the self-employed, the liberal professions, associations, institutions, trustees and companies of all sizes and in all sectors of activity in Switzerland. The different combinations of software, modules and versions mean that Office Maker software can meet a wide range of needs.

Of course. You can download the software freely. When you start the software, you will be prompted to open demo data. There is no time limit for your testing. Evaluating the software with demo data has the advantage of not having to enter data before you can test searches, prints, statistics, etc.

Yes, no problem. In the first case, you need to plan for costs of around CHF 200 to organise the transfer of your data and the setting up of your cloud environment. In the second case, there are no costs. We send you your data so that you can continue to consult it locally.

The subscription period is twelve months, terminable with three months' notice. Without an updates subscription, you can continue to use the programme in its current version.

The monthly instalment is invoiced quarterly in advance. The minimum term is 12 months.
